What is the challenge?
ü A 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge for Members only
o Starts: Janury 16, 2012
o Ends: May 1, 2012
ü The challenge measures % of Weight Loss instead of overall weight lost. This provides an equal chance of winning for all participants
Does it cost any extra to do this challenge?
ü FREE to our members who elect to participate, no automatic enrollment
What Prizes will be awarded?
ü Great Prizes awarded for Male & Female Members (to be announced)
o At least One 6 Month GYM Membership (up to $25 /month value) for both Male & Female participants
o Depending on level of interest: Other prizes MAY include restaurant gift certificates, 3 month GYM membership, 1 month GYM membership and more great prizes
Any other pertinent information about the challenge?
ü Must be a member by February 1st, 2012 to take the challenge
ü Must have an account in Good Standing throughout the challenge
ü Monthly membership payments MUST be received by 1st of each month or you no longer can participate in the challenge
How do I sign up?
ü See a Chester Fitness employee or owner
ü Complete “The Challenge” paperwork stating your interest
Weigh Ins MUST occur by a Chester Fitness employee/owner & both (participant and Chester Fitness representative) MUST initial documented weight--REQUIRED
ü Have your Initial Weigh In—to begin the week of January 16, 2012 (no later than February 1, 2012
ü Have your Final Weigh In by May 1, 2012, no exceptions will be allowed.
ü Follow your progress by weighing in anytime during the 90 day challenge
ü Winner(s) will be announced by May 15, 2012
